I ordered online, picked my own delivery

I ordered online, picked my own delivery date and had it all confirmed within a short space of time. I didn t get the specified call telling me the time slot (4 hrs) but when I rang customer services on the delivery day a helpful young lady gave me the times (following an apology). The machine was delivered jsut before the alloted time slot. I would definitely recommend this retailer.
