They were a bit reluctant to actually

They were a bit reluctant to actually put the cooker in the kitchen (as it was too heavy!!) but after i pointed out that they had the equipment to move it and i did not they finally took it to the other end of the house for me. Other than that it was a pleasure to deal with Boots.
