Ordered a fridge freezer and was told

Ordered a fridge freezer and was told two days before delivery that it was out of stock. Ordered another fridge freezer for next day delivery which never turned up, when I rang them they said they couldn t get hold of the driver and that it would not be with me for at least 4 days. As I had just moved in to a new house I needed the fridge freezer urgently. I would not recomend Boots, considering they are a well known company the service was absolutely awful.
I read reviews about them later to find out that this was a continuous problem with most of their companies.
I ended up using appliances online who delivered the very next day and were actually cheaper.
