I ordered a fridge freezer on 20 August and given delivery date of 25 September-a wait of 5 weeks. Just 2 days prior to delivery date, received a phone call to say item not in stock and next delivery date would be 19 October-a wait of an extra 31/2 weeks. My order was placed on 10 August for delivery on Saturday 29 August, for which an additional sum was paid. The total sum of £422 was taken immediately from my account.

Although I received, on 26 August, a delivery confirmation email I had to ring on the morning of the 29 August to check, as I had not received a call or email the day before as I had been told I would.

Was contacted three times to inform me that my delivery slot would be between 11 and 3 in fact it didnt turn up til 5.30!. Although pleasant and helpful the delivery crew barely apologised. I wouldn t have minded so much if they hadn t repeatedly messaged me to say be there between 11 and 3. What can I say? The product (big fridge / freezer)was in stock and cheap. The rest of the service is just awful. They don t tell you they need an access survey (although you tick a box to say no problems)until it s too late to hit the delivery slot you selected. Then they text you to say the original delivery is ok, then it s not, because they cannot stop the automated txt message that they should... Read Full Review »
