    We were led to believe the cooker would be delivered within 14 days , even when staffwere pressed. They took payment but then rang to say the date was delayed. I cancelled the order and was rung again later in the day by someone who did not know the order had been cancelled. i am still awaiting refund of the money. Read Full Review »

    Ordered an American style fridge freezer

    Ordered an American style fridge freezer which was delivered on time as promised.Several phone calls and E mails were recieved prior to delivery and on the day of delivery advising when they would deliver. service was first class and I would I would use Appliance Deals again without hesitation.

    absolute rubbish customer service. never returned my phone calls regarding a badly damaged dishwasher.Couldn't deliver replacement for 10days which is no use when kitchen fitters are waiting and charging me money. had to order replacement elsewhere online which was cheaper! i am still left with the damaged unit waiting to be collected. i will nver use them again and will never recommend them e...
