Strange experience.
I was seriously worried about the staff who picked up my cooker for recycling and dropped off the new one. The guy in charge was obviously competent and non complaining but tired (on his day off) and his assistant was an agency worker/stock person who quite frankly didn t have a clue. The ordering and arrival of my cooker,

The ordering and arrival of my cooker, was fairly straightforward. However the cooker has a fault and despite emailing the company 3-4 times I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Very poor after sales service and if you receive a faulty item - good luck with that! I will have to resort to hanging on the phone no doubt at great cost to me. Read Full Review »
