This company took my money after telling

This company took my money after telling me my goods were available (and they are not) They also debited my credit card before i have been given a delivery date. I was advised this product was available

I was advised this product was available ex stock and could be delivered on the following Saturday. However, once the order was placed I was then advised delivery would be during the week the following week. All rather pointless really as no one would be at home to take delivery. Would never order from appliancedeals again!
Ordered whirlpool fridge freezer on the 5/03/08
Was sent confirmation E-mail which said I would be contacted by phone in 2 days to check availability and delivery date.
2 days later no phone call, sent E- mail, 3rd day was contacted and told the appliance was out of stock with supplier and would be delivered in 3 weeks.
I told them that was ok.

Delivery was a tad late, the delivery

Delivery was a tad late, the delivery driver did phone with a time slot but failed to update me that they were going to be late.
The freezer door had been taped shut too tightly so the seal was crushed at the bottom. This caused a problem when the door opening was reversed, this caused an air gap. With gentle manipulation the seal was extended so the door is now air tight. Read Full Review »

moved the door on the fridge freezer

moved the door on the fridge freezer over and it was dented where the door had been put on too tight.. also there were no white blanking plates for the exposed screw holes!!

Delivery was okay but a bit rushed and the glass shelves nearly decapitated me when I opened the fridge door! Read Full Review »
