    The product was available and a delivery date agreed. At 5pm - after having taken a day off work - I received a phonecall saying that they couldn t deliver after all. Following about 10 phone calls it became clear that they were unwilling or unable to offer me a suitable deliver time that they could actually stick to and so I cancelled my order.

    After many weeks of being let down by another on-line merchant I was delighted to find such an excellent site. Even though my order was originally out of stock, and being told it could take 3-5 days for the item to be in stock again, I was very surprised to receive a telephone call the following day to confirm a delivery date for the following week.

    Not only the cheapest we found, they also kept good comunication in regards to delivery times . for the record delivery time was with in aa 4 hour time slot and they also unpacked the appliance to check for damage ,would use again. Read Full Review »

    Best price I could find for product. Web site very easy to use but gave a false idea of delivery. Not clear that delivery would only be confirmed by a phone. Site gave Friday delivery, so I booked a day off work but on Thursday received a call saying delivery would the following Wednesday.     Item ordered was not in stock. Was told the day after ordering (2/10/06) that the item would be in stock in 10-14 days and they would update us on a weekly basis. Not so. I rang them every week for an update. Found out 2 weeks after ordering that item would not be delivered to them until w/c 13/11/06 which meant we would not receivedit for at least another week.
