    Tried to get a Candy fridge freezer, easy to use web site, easy ordering, they contacted me quickly, but the fridge freezer was originally promised in 7 to 10 days, waited 7 and chased the order told another 2 to 3 weeks, after 10 more days phoned again and told it would take another 2 to 3 weeks, cancelled the order and went to a shop (comet) and got the same item delivered 3 days later Read Full Review »

    After having corrected an order

    After having corrected an order inconsistency on the day of ordering, and having recieved notification of the order acceptance and delivery date, I was informed the item ordered was out of stock. The excuse that this was due to an ordering inconsistency is hardly creditable. I cancelled the order. I would use this vendor with caution and not first choice in future. Read Full Review »

    Initial contact was good, and the anticipated delivery date was acceptable. However, the order was not delivered owing to the driver's satnav being stolen. The goods were not re-delivered for a further 6 days, because of the company's admin. systems.
