    delivered on time. Delivery men were fantastic and put the dryer in place, removed packaging and were very curteous throughout. Really like the phone call & text to confirm dleivery time.

    I went for this trader purely on the basis of cost and the fact that they had a secure payment indicator (yellow lock). I would only recommend this trader if you don t mind waiting a few weeks for delivery, like I had to. On the day they were late (due to a breakdown, allegedly - why didn t they call me eh?).     The product purchased was extremely well priced. Throughout the transaction there was no problem or difficulty and the step by step guide was easily understood. Both the confirmation of order and the progress reports on delivery were informative, accurate and polite.

    My main critisism of this store is that they failed to deliver the product to the correct address. This was really poor as they phoned to check the details prior to delivery. The second attempt to deliver the freezer was also to an incorrect address. Read Full Review »

    Goods just didn t arrive - courier made up some poxy excuses about going out on the wrong van but would DEFINITELY be delivered by the end of the day. Goods never came - interesting to not this was a Friday! Cancelled the next day which was hard as the operator wasn t authorised to do anything. On a plus side they promissed me a refund within 48 hours and this was achieved. Read Full Review »
