appliance deals have been the worse place that I have ever ordered from. first they said item was out of stock but still took money out my bank, then they forgot to put it on to be delivered then they it got damaged n I had to wait for 48 hours to find out if I could get another then 7 day for it to be delivered again. I ordered 3 kitchen appliances on-line (all Hotpoint), including an electric double oven, a ceramic hob and a cooker hood. Ordering and payment were straightforward. Within 2 hours of placing the order (on a Sunday) I had a phone call to arrange delivery. The items were delivered at exactly the time stipulated.
