every item we tried to order they did

every item we tried to order they did not have in stock, but they still charged us for it! They then arranged a delivery date, we waited in all day and it didnt arrive, they then told us again it was not in stock. We are still unsure if they have yet processed us a full refund. Placed order online, took Appliance

Placed order online, took Appliance Deals 5 days to tell me it was out of stock and would be 3 weeks if I would still like to proceed.
Communications once they received it was good, arranged delivery, phoned the evening before to confirm a time slot, driver phoned 15 minutes before arrival, unpackaged and installed. Appliance deals phoned later in the day to check I was happy. Read Full Review »

They were good enough to tell me the truth that the item was not in stock and there would be a delay.

Easy ordering.The Customer Service is realy good - no problems to contact them , answering all questions promptly.Delivery - great , conformation for the time of the delivery sent by email also Text Message and phone call , exactly in time as promised , the item carried in the property ( 2nd floor )- in a place where you need, unpacked and cheked ( from the staff after asking).

I found the website quick and easy to use and my cooker arrived 10 minutes early on the day I selected. My only minor complaint is that the delivery date message came from an automated computer which just began to deliver the message when the phone was answered no matter who was listening!
