Advertised goods as in stock but unable to give delivery date, still no idea of when goods will be delivered, so very disappointed with company.

Ordered a washer dryer that was quoted as in stock, waited 4 days for them to get in touch with a delivery date. When i called them the item was not available for 21 days! What use is that? The first appliance we ordered from this

The first appliance we ordered from this company was fine so we ordered another. This was a HUGE mistake and one that we are thoroughly ashamed of. We should have given the £350 to Children in Need or another worthy registered charity; instead we have a completely useless, damaged appliance, and a customer service response that says "Supervisor says NO!". Extremely POOR customer service. Machine

Extremely POOR customer service. Machine needed a big repair after 2 weeks and shop washed their hands of us - and blamed it all on Bosch. The shop has a customer service obligation, which they do nothing to oblige. Quick enough to take your money but will do nothing to help. Staff were rude and unhelpfull - I will not use them again!
