    I liked the ability to opt for disposal

    I liked the ability to opt for disposal of my old machine (they pick it up when delivering the new one), and being able to select a delivery date during the ordering dialoge, and that the company phoned and texted me in the following few days to confirm that date (and time to within half a day).     It is a pointless exercise advertising a product on your website which does not indicate you have nil stock. To enter into the purchasing process online and then have to follow up with calls to 0870 numbers to establish your order is not going to be fulfilled is simply a waste of the customers time and money and does not contribute to the award of a good rating.
