    What a dreadful experience. This company

    What a dreadful experience. This company sold me an item which was not available. When the item eventually did arrive, weeks after the promised delivery date, it was so badly damaged it wasn t even taken off the van. After sales "service" similarly appalling.

    Their terms & conditions state that they

    Their terms & conditions state that they won,t debit your card until a delivery is arranged; this is totally untrue. If their supplier is out of stock they take your cash anyway & use it to secure their order with their supplier.

Agreed to pay extra for alternative model in stock, night before delivery phone call to confirm delivery window - day off work (2nd). Phone call next morning to say appliance not on van.     On ordering my appliance i was contacted the same day to be told it was out of stock.Then i was told that i would be contacted again by Phone within seven days to arrange delivery.This was on the 12th Dec,up to now the 2nd jan i still have not received any such call and therefore still waiting.....This customer care response is not at all good.
