The company concerned is DRL ltd and they also run the Kitchen Appliance service for Boots, Next, Focus DIY, Sainsbury's, MFI, Appliance Deals and DIY Appliance Warehouse.     Excellent all round. The initial delivery day I selected wasn't available but they called very quickly after ordering to re-schedule. Only area that could be improved would be the overall delivery time from order to delivery, for me this was approx 10 days so no good if you're in a real hurry...     Don't buy here if somethings wrong with you item... this company have zero after care if something is wrong. Tbh why should they care cause they have your money and that's all they are happy about.

    In a time when customer service is at an all time low, I was pleasantly suprised by this company.
    They gave me a variety of dates for delivery, were very helpful and courteous. They phoned the day before as I was informed to give me a delivery time and were there on time.

    Excellent service!
    I telephoned first to make sure the item was in stock,then ordered online. I received a confirmation email, then another to confirm delivery. A couple of days before delivery I received a text confirming everything was on schedule. They telephoned the evening before delivery to advise of a timeslot for delivery and again on the day of delivery.

    Ordering was really easy; their website was detailed and up to date. I phoned up to double check the item was in stock, it was, the were able to answer all my questions, confirmed the delivery morning/afternoon and day.
