Only sore point - Paid for machine

Only sore point - Paid for machine installation, but engineers came with no tools, no preparation hoping that all they had to do was plug the machine in, connect cold water pipe and charge 20quid(!) They decided they couldn t help when the cold water supply was hard to open and disappeared pretty sharpish. Fortunately, the company agreed to refund installation charges.

Was very impressed - ordered online, would have hoped for a slightly earlier delivery than was possible but that is my only gripe. I received a courtesy call a week before the fridge was due to make sure the date was still OK, then a call the night before delivery with the time slot as promised, then a call the morning it arrived from the delivery driver to let me know they were 10 minutes away.... Found them to be very good, managed to get the requested "speedy" delivery so the washing machine was delivered in 2 days (we were getting desperate after 2 weeks without one) the delivery people weren t that great as they removed the packaging before bringing it into the house, hence, they managed to badly scratch the door of the machine.
