I placed my order just a few days before christmas. I was telephoned 2 days later with a the 1st avaliable delivery date. I was telephoned again the evening before my delivery to confirm the time it would be arriving, then on the acutal day of delivery, I was telephoned 10 mins beforehand by the driver.

I have experienced faster deliveries but the lead time from Appliance Deals (about 7 days) was acceptable and proved very reliable.
From the time of ordering I was kept fully informed of my order status. The delivery was advised as between 8.00 am and 12 noon and arrived at 8.05am. The delivery guys unpacked and checked over the freezer with me and took away all the packaging.
