my fridge/freezer turned up on time, the protective wrapping was removed and taken away, the driver and asistant carried the appliance to where I wanted it with
no damage. What more could I ask.

As the delivery drivers are the customer

As the delivery drivers are the customer face of this company they give a very poor impression. They were rude, difficult and tried to get away without doing what had been requested and paid for. They also drive whilst using handheld mobile phones. The very poor experience of the delivery drivers are the sole reason for not recommending this merchant. The operator told me that they had four machines of the correct type in stock, but that I should order over the Intenet. Delivery should be within a week. I ordered the goods.
