Ordering was easy but would not accept

Ordering was easy but would not accept certain credit cards(amex). Delivered the day requested but in spite of several phone calls and e-mails confirming time from office staff, the delivery men changed the time at one hours notice. it was shear chance anybody was in to receive the goods. then what if nobody is in??? We were advised that the delivery men would unpack the goods for inspection before being signed for but they just dumped them and ran giving some lame excuse. they obviously were intent in reducing their working day from 8 to 6 hours.
