Delivery was a tad late, the delivery

Delivery was a tad late, the delivery driver did phone with a time slot but failed to update me that they were going to be late.
The freezer door had been taped shut too tightly so the seal was crushed at the bottom. This caused a problem when the door opening was reversed, this caused an air gap. With gentle manipulation the seal was extended so the door is now air tight.
