appliance deals have been the worse

appliance deals have been the worse place that I have ever ordered from. first they said item was out of stock but still took money out my bank, then they forgot to put it on to be delivered then they it got damaged n I had to wait for 48 hours to find out if I could get another then 7 day for it to be delivered again. I asked for my money back and they told me if I stay with them they would give me £50 back but as soon as I excepted the delivery date the said that they could only offer me £25. When I said I was going to report them to trading standards they said they were sorry and that they would give me the £50 as a good will gesture. I still have not received the washer or the £50. I think they were untrustworthy and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone!
