I am a proffesional person that has never been rude to a store, yet when asking for a simple day of delivery when the bath was two weeks late I was hung up on by a very rude woman!

Finally, when the bath arrived, there was no front panel. This took a further month to arrive.

On every occasion, when we called to chase our order, the staff were evasive and very unhelpful.
