I placed my order for a cotbed and a changer and didn't hear anything, I called them a week later, only to be told they are not in stock and had been discontinued, yet they are still advertised on the website today! Do not use this website!!!
I waited 2 months for my bugaboo to be delivered, in the end I cancelled it as my due date was getting closer & closer & I was still without a pram. In the whole 2 months not once did the company call me I had to chase them constantly to find out what was going on. I would never buy anything from these people & would not recomend anyone else to. What ever you do don't use this company. Their prices are cheap but their service is awful. I agree with other reviews, if I had looked at Kelkoo I would not have used them. Clair De Lune, Babyoka, Kiddicare are all good websites. Read Full Review »

I would not reccomend this company at all. If we had seen the bad reviews we would not have ordered anything from them. We ordered a cot bed which was found to be faulty. Eventually (after many many phonecalls to the manufacturer Tutti Bambini) they came and collected it. After a week of not hearing anything I phoned and we we arranged for a refund. i should have read the reviews on this site before ordering from these guys. They dont answer the phone, its 3 weeks now and i did not get any status of my order and when i called i was told lots of different stuff. They took my money 3 weeks ago and still say they are going to deliver the next day. Please use another store dont look at how cheap their prices are i dont think they will be having a... The website and prices are great. but then you understand why it's so cheap!!!

the service is absolutely crap. After a week i've received an email saying half of my order had been refunded. I had to call to understand why... and the reason was out of stock.
