My advice would be to NOT go anywhere

My advice would be to NOT go anywhere near this company.
We ordered a pram before Christmas. It arrived on time but unfortunately was completely the wrong pram. It took days to get in touch with someone to establish what to do. They do not respond to emails and are constantly engaged. We sent the pram back before Christmas with parcelforce (we had to foot that bill) and now, in February, we are still waiting for our credit card to be refunded, cannot get through them to discuss and our emails go unanswered. Looking at various reviews online just now it seems our experience is far from unique. Given this behaviour, and looking at the various problems that many retailers are having I think you might draw your own conclusions ..... Stay clear!
