Should have read the reviews.
They rang me to say one of the items was out of stock (good start), then took the whole order amount from my creditcard. Took another week to dispatch the items but they never arrived. Rang them (15 minutes on hold to get through): apparently "the courier tried to deliver them twice but you were never at home and you did not responded to the cards they left". But there was someone at home both days and there were never any cards left. Funnily we had several other deliveries on the same days and they all managed to arrive ...
When I rang again (another 15 minutes on hold) they said they would chase the order and get back to me. Three days later still no goods or reply - when I rang again (30 minutes on hold this time) they said they had tried to call and email me (they hadn't) and the goods had now been returned. If I still wanted them I needed to pay a redelivery charge. Took the more sensible option of cancelling the order.
