    We ordered a pram before Christmas. It arrived on time but unfortunately was completely the wrong pram. It took days to get in touch with someone to establish what to do.     They rang me to say one of the items was out of stock (good start), then took the whole order amount from my creditcard. Took another week to dispatch the items but they never arrived. Rang them (15 minutes on hold to get through): apparently "the courier tried to deliver them twice but you were never at home and you did not responded to the cards they left"... Read Full Review »
