Bank of Scotland and Halifax use a 2

Bank of Scotland and Halifax use a 2 step payment where entering your card details is step 1 and entering an internet password is step 2. HP's website does not support this, so you cannot complete the transaction. HP tell me that they have no plans to implement this two step payment anytime soon. If you oder by phone they charge about 20% more
