I ordered the Roary racing car art

I ordered the Roary racing car art travel case, in red, as in the picture on the website. BUT....

When it arrived it was the black case - with creases and marks on the front, and with the box seal broken. It looked like it had been a display model from a shelf, and although I've been offered a refund it's cost me time, money and they have not altered their website to reflect the colour is...
