Highly Recommended - Excellent Service!

Highly Recommended - Excellent Service! - I recently ordered a sony camcorder hdr sr12e, easy ordering and instock. There was a glitch with delivery, but this was completely down to the courier not web electrials. They did everything to put someone elses mistake right and even with the courier's mistake I received my camcorder within 2 days. I received excellent communication from them, it was easy to phone and get through and they called me back when they said they would usually within minutes. I will recommend them to friends.
