Absolutely terrible service. Ordered

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered perfume as Xmas pressie. 'Apparently' dispatched early Dec but still not received by Xmas Eve despite several emails. ( and I paid for the postage too!!)

If you value your money you will not shop here!!! Have still not received perfume or the decency of a reply. I think I've been dun over too!!!
