very poor service ordered perfume on 8th

very poor service ordered perfume on 8th dec told it had been dispatched several times only to find out today that it hasnt been dispatched, no phone number for this company would not recommend, take money and not sending the goods, is it fraud!!!!!!, they decided that it was out of stock!!!!! do not trust this shop
