I have NEVER spoken to a customer

I have NEVER spoken to a customer services like this one, Im STILL awaiting refund, this is from the 10th may. Shame they werent as slow taking the money. Would Never use them again, nor do i recomend this company. First of all i get sent someone elses rejects, then they forget to let the refund dept know it has been returned and now they forgot to put refund through to yet another dept, shame they didnt for get to take the money in the first place!
