Very easy to order and good prices, however the product didn't arrive and after one week I telephoned (0845 number) and left a message. Someone did call back and promised to send the order out that day. BEWARE! This company cannot be trusted. Sent me a damaged mobile phone, not sealed, with an opened sim card (already in the phone). The damage was minor indentations to the casing but I sent it back immediately ( as it was a bday prent for my daughter). Tried to contact them by phone but it ALWAYS goes straight to answer phone. If you want a phone quickly and without hassle buy from prepaymania. My son had chosen a phone so i made the order via web. Phone was desapatched in 2 working days and recieved nicely packaged. I had a query so emailed customer service and recieved a reply within 24hrs i am happy to recommend this company. Now my daughter wants a pink phone i know where to buy from. Read Full Review »

Save your money buy from prepaymania. This website is cheaper than most high street stores and cheaper than ebay shops who sell second hand phones. After recieving my Sony K800i within a few days of placing the order I have to say it was well worth the wait and I saved money too.
