Someone did call back and promised to send the order out that day.     If you want a phone quickly and without hassle buy from prepaymania. My son had chosen a phone so i made the order via web. Phone was desapatched in 2 working days and recieved nicely packaged.     Save your money buy from prepaymania. This website is cheaper than most high street stores and cheaper than ebay shops who sell second hand phones. After recieving my Sony K800i within a few days of placing the order I have to say it was well worth the wait and I saved money too.
