    Very good choice of rugs and well displayed. Very pleased with purchase. Thick and cosy and beautiful colours. Delivered very promptly, with no hassle.

    Bought 2 rugs (rust & fawn colour) both are so soft with a cloth backing, which I was after. It would be better if they had a picture of the back of the rugs on their website.

    Unfortunately the 2xrugs I ordered, and paid for, on 28/12/08 were out of stock and were no longer in production. After 3 e-mails to the trader, all unanswered, I telephoned them on 22/1/09 and was given this information. After another telephone call (26/1/09) to them I requested my money back. I await their refund.
