Purchased two rugs. One item cost £72,

Purchased two rugs. One item cost £72, before delivery charges. On the reverse of the rug was a label showing "Dunhelm, price £47.
Very unhappy about this overcharge. Our cost of return of £10 has not been refunded. Will never use again!!!
