Unfortunately the 2xrugs I ordered, and

Unfortunately the 2xrugs I ordered, and paid for, on 28/12/08 were out of stock and were no longer in production. After 3 e-mails to the trader, all unanswered, I telephoned them on 22/1/09 and was given this information. After another telephone call (26/1/09) to them I requested my money back. I await their refund.

I feel that more communication was needed from them to inform me that these rugs are no longer available and that I shouldn t have had to phone them.
