Order not delivered, after 16 days no corespondance when item was to be delivered in 10.
When order chased poor reception and indication that the delivery was to be charged extra which is not as advertised on the web site. Read Full Review »

Still not received player over 2 weeks

Still not received player over 2 weeks later. When I contacted them they advised that the colour of the model was unavailable (black) but they never advised me. I had to chase and change colour over the phone to silver. Still waiting!!! Very poor. Read Full Review »
