Really good, and they had it in stock!!!! Orded from another company at first and they took the money but no stock, when I called HCS they were really good told me they had it in stock and told me when I can get delivery too, VERY HAPPY! Read Full Review »

After having an issue with the payment

After having an issue with the payment details I was assured the order would be processed and delivered. Still waiting after 3 weeks and a number of emails sent with no response at all given.

I have now, if they read the email i have sent, cancelled the order.

Very good company, My credit card was blocked by my bank they not only emailed me to tell me there was a problem but they also called me. I have sorted it out now and my order will be with me today. Ordered a couple of bits for the kids at a cheap price and had it in time to wrap and give to them on x-mas. Paid the extra but had it come to me on my day off. Fantastic price and they delivered exactly when they said they would I had to pay a bit more but it was ok since I needed it on that day. I had a call to inform me about the delivery and asked me if I wanted to go for any extras and explained what I would need, to set it all up.
