I thought (foolishly) that I was buying from Amazon. My order, confirmed by Amazon, for expensive branded batteries, was shipped out to a third party 'Market Place' trader, who then supplied cheap unbranded items.

I ordered two items for my son's birthday - a swing ball set and a reflex soccer set - two weeks before his birthday. The first item, the swing ball set, was delivered by DHL - but not until I call DHL to schedule delivery. Ordered a 23" Philips LCD TV on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday morning by Parcelforce (post free). Absolutely first class.
