Amazon Uk have several problems: 1, they will let you order things they don't have in stock, take your money then let you wait for months until they re-stock. 2, They don't make their P&P costs clear like Play.com or the Book Depository, so you can run up quite a bill ordering many items. I have used Amazon to order books, cd's and DVD's a dozen times and have always had excellent, speedy delivery. Items always arrived in first class condition. The only time I have had to wait for books is when I ordered them from the US and for some reason the books came via Germany!

BEWARE!!!
My biggest gripe right now with this store is that it is no longer free delivery. It used tobe and I never received any notification that this had changed. To my disgust I have been merrily ordering away this year only to find that a sneaky postal charge is added at the end of each order just before you confirm!!!
