Amazon used to be phenominal. Great Service, great prices. Now they are just another web seller with slow delivery, misleading lead times and products which don't exist. Having been a loyal customer since they only sold in the US, I feel that profits have been put well ahead of customer service. Read Full Review »

Having dealt with Amazon for about 18 months now, i would recommend them highly. I have had problems, a DVD player i ordered would not work when i received it, but so easy to return it, follow the links thru the website and print a delivery label at the end and you're away. The courier collected the player the next working day, and the day after that the full amount was refunded to my account.... Read Full Review »

I use Amazon for eveything, and although their prices may not always be the best, their reliablity has never been an issue of concern, and so i trust them. They are excellent on all levels, but the only problem i have with them, is their inconsistent pricing. I've used Amazon a number of times now and have been surprised at the low merchant rating they have received on a number of items. I have ordered both low and higher priced items, including my recently purchased DVD rec/VCR - everything has arrived on time and their order process is easy to use.
