Ordered and paid for my item on 10th

Ordered and paid for my item on 10th December with the 'super saver delivery option'(plenty of time before xmas!) Amazon dispatched item on 14th Dec. Today, 21st December, still no sign of package, despite numerous calls, emails and spending several days waiting for Network Home Delivery Network Ltd (Amazon super saver delivery company)to deliver.Tracking system is useless as courier company simply complete info with fabrications of false 'attempted deliveries' and delivery cards left.You cannot contact delivery company by phone and Amazon customer services cannot phone them either, only email correspondence. Have just been informed by Amazon replacement item will be sent after 25th Dec, despite customer service agent promising delivery tomorrow (22nd). Absolutely dreadful internet shopping experience, avoid 'free' super saver delivery option at all costs. Now need to cancel order and buy something else for what will be a very disappointed niece! Will never buy from Amazon again.
