Beware - Amazon cancelled my account

Beware - Amazon cancelled my account without telling me, left my orders in limbo, refused to respond to e-mail and provided a telephone service unable to address customer concerns. They have no means for dealing with complaints and no wish to manage them. They cancelled my son's birthday presents and I found myself out of pocket having to buy elsewhere for products ordered weeks before on Amazon.

For the worlds largest internet seller they have the worst customer service I have yet experienced.
