I think of Amazon as the Woolworth of the Web. I think! Honest pricing. Great customer service when things go wrong they send out replacements straight away (A razor) and dvd. Great website with help, customer reviews and can be cheapest though I still shop around as it is competitive.

They have done no wrong in my book 99.9% perfect. They welcome feedback and you can contact by email to. They have it all. Brilliant.
