Biting off more than they can chew.

Biting off more than they can chew. Wrong estimated delivery times. Twice. Last date of last estimated time was yesterday, goods yet to arrive. Inconvenience beyond belief. Their excuse, 'stuff' might happen that can delay the whole order. What sort of 'stuff'??? Beats me. Perhaps 'not in stock' at the time of placing the order in which case that constitutes with gross false advertising and missconduct.
I've never consider bad-mouthing a comapny's name before, I simply chose to take my money else where. However, this will go down in history as the world-wide widest bad rep ever!!! In five languages and on all continents!!! lol Ps-you have to laugh at U.K. innability of understanding Customer Service. Still.
