I've been using amazon since 2001,

I've been using amazon since 2001, reckon I've spent in excess of £4k in that time on Music, DVDs, Books, Cameras, MP3 players, even kitchen stuff and toothbrushes. Always faultless delivery, only once have I had to return something, that was a CD that arrived in cellophane but without the CD actually in (manufacturers fault), return process was a cinch. Beware the likes of Dabs and Ebuyer who sell grey stock e.g. ipods
