You may find it odd that I've recommended them when I think their customer care is "poor". Well, I think that if your product is good then you'll get a good price and efficient service. But I had a product that went wrong within its warranty period and their web-based procedures just aren't geared-up for this. You have to hunt around their website for half an hour to even be able to contact them. The most annoying thing is that if you respond to one of their emails you get one of these, "you have replied to a send-only email address" things, which is simply INFURIATING. You then have to get onto their website and go hunting around again for the contacts page.
