On balance, Amazon uk is a reasonable

On balance, Amazon uk is a reasonable place to buy from; the free delivery is ok, if a bit slow. However, their standard pack, even for small items, is so big it never fits through the letterbox, and it's inconvenient to collect from the depot.
The Marketplace sellers look cheap, but they generally add huge 'P&P' costs - e.g. GBP £4 for a £3 SD photo card (!), and they don't qualify for free shipping.
