Well Amazon, is Amazon, the

Well Amazon, is Amazon, the megacorporation, but their customer service is rubbish. They have several times delayed order (sometimes by a month on initial estimates) and once delivered a CD with case badly cracked. When I complained they said "Product can be damaged in transit and you must understand this risk when you order a product from us". Nice.
